About Dr . M . Mehryar

Dr Morsal Mehryar was born in Sarab (Azerbayejan). He completed his elementary and middle school in Sarab and continued his education during high school at the Kharazmi School in Tehran/Iran.

He studied Medicine at the Pahlavi University (Shiraz Medical School) in Iran. He undertook Retinal Fellowship at the Shahid Beheshti Medical Science University in Iran.

He is the member of the international and American Association of Ophthalmology.

He was an associate professor and head of the retinal department at the Shiraz University Medical Science for years and he became retired in 2009.

Dr. Mehryar has more than 30 years of experience in Ophthalmology in Iran and He is considered as a high-volume surgeon who operates on over 2000 patients a year.

His ability to perform different surgeries using up-to-dated techniques including Phaco, etc…

He published several articles in high rank journals in the field of ophthalmology and participated as a plenary speaker in many famous national and international conferences.

He is the member of the international and American Association of Ophthalmology.
